CANCELLATION POLICY

PLEASE DO NOT BRING CHILDREN OR EXTRA GUEST WITH YOU TO YOUR APPOINTMENT

A non refundable deposit, which will go towards your final amount, is required to hold all extension ($200 dep.) and color/blonding ($50 dep.) appointments. Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours prior to appointment, no fee will be applied. Deposit can be used once towards rescheduled appointment as long as rescheduled appointment is made 48 hours prior to original appointment. A new deposit will be required if appointment is rescheduled 24 hours or less in advance. Same day cancellations ($50) and no shows ($100) will be charged a flat rate fee. Rebooking will not be available until fee is paid in full. By booking an appointment you are agreeing to all policies.

Confirmation

A confirmation message will be sent to you within 24 hours of booking your appointment to the number or email on file. If you do not receive this message please reach out to me asap because this means your appointment is not on my calendar. If your contact information changes please keep me posted so that I may have all information up to date. A message will be sent 48 hours prior to your appointment that will require you to confirm via a link. If you do not confirm your appointment it will be considered a same day cancellation and all fees will apply.

Late Policy

If you are going to be late please reach out to me ASAP. If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and considered a same day cancellation. Fee must be paid in full before rebooking. Please understand that if one appointment begins late it will set back my entire day for the rest of my appointments, thank you for understanding.

redo policy

Your hair will be insured up to seven days if you follow all recommend maintenance and invest in recommended products. If you are unsatisfied with your service please contact me within seven days from your session for a complimentary adjustment.

Redo Policy Exceptions (even after using recommend products):

Anyone who has used box dye within the last two years prior to their session.
Clients going through a color correction process.
Clients who adjust their own hair or go to a different stylist to adjust their hair.
Clients who have been advised that their goal look will require multiple sessions.

3% transaction fee will be applied to all Venmo and card transactions.
